Customers downloading products:

The following terms and conditions are placed on any computer files downloaded or obtained from the Highendmedical.com web site:

1. You are granted a royalty free license to publicly use these files for display purposes Including but not limited to television, film and print.
4. Re-selling of the computer files you have downloaded is forbidden.
3. The license you are granted is non-transferable.
5. You agree to destroy any computer files that are returned to Highendmedical.com for a refund and understand that you no longer have a license to use these computer files.
6. The license terms listed on this page do not apply to computer files that were obtained through fraudulent activity or theft of any kind.
7. Highendmedicals products are sold "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

Members uploading products:

The following terms and conditions apply to any person or business entitity uploading digital content to the Highendmedical.com web site:

1. The content is your original work, and contains no copyrighted material of any kind that you are not the exclusive owner of including but not limited to images, animations, models or digital products of any kind.
2. You will not upload or add any computer files depicting pornography.
3. You agree to grant the Highendmedical.com web site the use of your products for advertising purposes and for display on this web site.
4. You agree to allow customers of Highendmedical.com to download your computer files at the price specified for the product they are associated with.
5. You agree to grant end users of your computer files rights to use your computer files according to the terms and rules above.
6. Your Highendmedical member account is non-transferable, member accounts may only be used by the licensee. They may not be transferred or accessed by any other party.
7. You retain ownership of the copyrights and all other rights in your content, subject to the non-exclusive rights granted to Highendmedical under this agreement.
8. Highendmedical reserves the right to terminate the license grant and this agreement at any time and without notice if any content submitted violates the representations and warranties of the above stated. This agreement may be terminated at any time by either party upon written notice via email.
9. A member may submit or delete content from their account as part of general maintenance.
10.Highendmedical reserves the right to re-categorize and or change pricing of products at it's discretion.
11.Highendmedical reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement with or without notice at any time.
